Applauz Recognition is a web-based employee recognition and rewards software designed for small-to-medium-sized businesses. Applauz helps your organization build a culture of recognition to create an engaged and happy workforce. No need for expensive and complicated recognition software. Applauz is always free to use.

How do I enable the Applauz integration?

Before you get started, you will need to create an API key in BambooHR. You will use this API key during the setup.

To ensure the integration works properly, a user with Edit access to Document folders on the employee profile should create the integration. The user can be an admin user or a custom access level user with this specific access.

Set up Applauz

Log in to your Applauz account. In Settings, click Install BambooHR Integration.

Enter your BambooHR subdomain* and your API key. Click Log in.

*This is the first part of your BambooHR login URL. For example, if my BambooHR URL is https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com, my subdomain would be helpcontent.

Click Import Users to review information about the list of users who will sync.

Review the list of users that are ready to sync and click Sync to complete the process. You will see a brief confirmation notice that syncing is complete.
