Direct Deposit Report
The article outlines the process for generating a direct deposit report in BambooHR, which is accessible only to Full Admin and Payroll Admin users. This report provides essential details, including employee names, account nicknames, account numbers, account types, bank names, routing numbers, and deposit amounts. Users can find the report under the Standard Reports folder in the Payroll section. It is important to note that employees receiving paper checks will be indicated in the report, while those solely receiving paper checks will not appear. The report can be downloaded in PDF, Excel, or CSV formats. Customization of the report is not permitted, and if no employees have direct deposit information, the report will display as empty.
