Pay Info Tab Overview
The Pay Info tab in BambooHR Payroll provides essential payroll information on employee profiles. It includes access to view paystubs, payroll summaries, and paystub history. Administrators and employees can manage payroll data through tabs for Direct Deposit, Taxes, Deductions, and Extra Pay. The Direct Deposit section allows users to add multiple bank accounts and choose between direct deposit or paper checks. The Taxes section displays tax location information, federal and state withholdings, and tax documents. The Deductions tab enables viewing and editing of benefit and non-benefit deductions. The Extra Pay tab shows one-time and recurring extra pay information. Access levels can be customized for employees, ensuring appropriate visibility and editing permissions.
