What payroll information is available in the Mobile App?

Purpose: This guide will show you how to access your pay information and tax documents, empowering you to manage your payroll details with ease, such as paystubs, Year-to-Date totals, and essential tax documents, all from the convenience of the BambooHR's Mobile App.

Pay Info

You can access six month's worth of paystubs through BambooHR's mobile app. Once logged in, tap My Info, then Pay Info to view your paystub history and Year-to-Date Totals. Tapping on a paystub date will take you to the specific paystub to see the pay breakdown (see below).

When viewing a pay breakdown, you can tap on each of the icons to view specific information about the paystub:

  • Net Pay Summary
  • Gross Pay Summary
  • Taxes
  • Deductions

You can also tap PDF in the top right corner to immediately see a PDF file of the selected pay stub.

Tax Documents

Under Pay Info > Tax Documents, you can view your W-2 and/or 1099 tax documents.

Clicking the document opens a new screen with all of the available tax documents. Tap on any of the documents to view them on the mobile app.

If the documents are not yet available, a note under Tax Documents will inform you, and you will receive an email notification when they are ready.
