The Payroll Update Summary report in BambooHR allows users to review payroll-related data changes between pay periods. Accessible to Account Owners, Payroll Admins, and Full Admins, this report compares current employee information with data from the last payroll run. Users can filter by pay schedule and employee categories, such as new hires or terminations. The report displays changes in personal, job, direct deposit, and tax information. Only approved changes appear, and the report can be exported as a CSV or Excel file, detailing each data change. If no updates occurred since the last payroll run, the report will show a blank state.
