My Stuff Widget

The My Stuff widget is designed to assist employees in managing ongoing tasks that require attention. It displays tabs based on the user's package, access, and assignments. Key sections include Training, which shows assigned trainings, and Benefits, indicating enrolled benefit plans. For Pro and Elite users, additional features are available. The Goals section highlights performance goals, while Total Rewards provides access to reward statements. Compensation Benchmarks and Planning Worksheets are exclusive to Elite users, offering insights into pay comparisons and compensation planning. This widget enhances user engagement and organization within the platform.

This feature is included in the Core, Pro, and Elite packages.

What is the My Stuff widget?

Purpose: To teach how the My Stuff widget can help employees stay on top of ongoing items that need their attention.

This widget will show tabs tailored to your package, access, and assignments.

  • Training: This section will appear if you have trainings assigned to you. It will show active, past due, and expired trainings. Clicking anywhere in this section will bring you to your Training tab.
  • Benefits:This section will appear if you have enrolled in at least one benefit. It will show how many benefit plans you are enrolled in. Clicking anywhere in this section will bring you to your Benefits tab.

If you are on the Pro or Elite plan, you will also see additional features:

  • Goals: This section will appear if your account has Performance Management and you have added at least one goal. The total number of goals will appear, and any overdue goals will be called out. Clicking anywhere in this section will bring you to your Goals tab. (Pro and Elite only.)
  • Total Rewards: This section will appear if Total Rewards is enabled for your account. Clicking anywhere in this section will bring you to your Total Rewards statement. (Pro and Elite only.)
  • Compensation Benchmarks: This section will appear if you are using compensation. Compensation benchmarks compares your pay with similar companies (Elite only).
  • Compensation Planning Worksheets: This section will appear if you are using compensation planning. Compensation planning worksheets help you plan out compensation for all of your employees (Elite only).
