The purpose of the Benefit Election Changes report is to help identify any changes to your employees' elections that go into effect within a selected date range.

For example, if an employee has a baby and needs to add them as a dependent through a qualifying life event, the report will show the employee's prior coverage and the new coverage with any applicable changes in premiums, provided that these changes are effective within the selected date range.

To access this report, navigate to Reports > Standard Reports > Click Benefit Election Changes. After opening the report, you can filter changes by a date range. You will also be able to download the report as an Excel, CSV, or PDF file to submit to your carriers.
