Benefit Election Changes Report
The Benefit Election Changes Report is one of three reports available in BambooHR's Benefits Administration. Its primary purpose is to identify changes in employees' benefit elections that take effect within a specified date range. For instance, it can display prior and new coverage when an employee adds a dependent following a qualifying life event, along with any premium adjustments. To access the report, users should navigate to Reports > Standard Reports and select Benefit Election Changes.
