Recent and Favorite Reports

The Recent tab and Favorites section enhance report accessibility for administrators. The Recent tab serves as the primary landing page, allowing quick access to frequently viewed reports. Users can add reports to their Favorites by clicking the triple-dot icon, enabling a customizable order. The Recent section displays reports viewed today, within the past week, and the last month, along with ownership and last view date. Additionally, the Standard Reports tab contains reports owned by BambooHR. The info button indicates the report's sharing status, while the report menu offers options to add to favorites, create custom folders, or share reports with others. This feature is available in the Core, Pro, and Elite packages.

This feature is included in the Core, Pro, and Elite packages.

Purpose: The Recent tab and Favorites section put your recently viewed reports front and center so you can find the reports you want, faster than ever.  

Reports

The Recent tab is the landing page for admins using the Reports feature. Here, you can quickly access the reports you view the most and even add standard or custom reports to your Favorites section.

  1. Favorites: By clicking on the triple-dot icon next to a report, you can add a report to your Favorites list. Reports will be listed in the order they are added but can be dragged and dropped into your preferred order.
  2. Recent: Easily view reports you have viewed today, in the last 7 days, and in the last 30 days. You will also see the owner of the report and the exact date when you last viewed the report. You can find reports owned by BambooHR on the Standard Reports tab.
  3. Report Info: The info button shows who an admin has shared the report with.
  4. Report menu: This triple-dot icon is where you can add a report to your favorites, add it to a custom folder, or share it with another user.
