How do I modify or delete a time off request in the mobile app?

Purpose: To learn how to easily modify or delete a time off request using the mobile app. Empower yourself to easily modify or delete your time off requests using the mobile app, ensuring seamless management of your schedule. This guide helps you navigate and take action on your requests, enhancing your time management skills.

Navigate to a time off request

You can navigate to your time off requests in the mobile app in two ways:  

  1. Home > Time Off tab > select time off category > Scheduled Time Off list
  2. My Info > Time Off tab > Current Balances > select time off category > Scheduled Time Off list

From here, you will see all of your upcoming time off requests. Tap on the request to take action.

Take action on a time off request to edit or delete

Once on the request, follow the steps on the screen to edit the request.

  1. When you tap on a specific time off request, it will open the Request Details screen. Tap Edit in the top right corner.
  2. The calendar will open, tap the date(s) you'd like to edit. Select the new dates and click Continue to update your request.
  3. Confirm the new dates and click Send.
  4. A confirmation banner will show on the bottom of your screen. You will also see the updated requests under Scheduled Time Off.

Once on the request, follow the steps on the screen to delete the request.

  1. When you tap on a specific time off request, it will open the Request Details screen. Tap Edit in the top right corner.
  2. The calendar will open, click the trash can icon to delete the request.
  3. Confirm cancellation of the request.
  4. A confirmation banner will show on the bottom of your screen. You will also see the updated requests under Scheduled Time Off.
