Upload the logo

Before uploading an image file of your company logo, please review image requirements.

Navigate to the Logo & Color section in Settings. Here, you can review tips on optimizing your image file. Then, click Choose File and select a saved image from your computer.

If you choose not to upload a logo, the BambooHR logo will appear in Bamboo green. If you change your color theme, the BambooHR logo will adjust to match your color.

Image requirements

For best results, follow these guidelines:

Size: Use an image file that is 250 pixels wide and 50 pixels high (a 5:1 width-to-height ratio).
Format: Your image file needs to be in a PNG, GIF, or JPG format.
Image Background: To keep a transparent background, use a PNG or GIF file. If your image has a white background, you can make it transparent after uploading.

Crop & resize the logo

After uploading, your logo appears in the top navigation bar with a dotted outline and a gray box in the upper-right corner of that outline. You can click and drag this box to adjust the size.
Additionally, you can crop your logo under "Crop Logo" by using the blue outline.

Choose a color theme

Use the color slider to choose a theme that best fits your company's brand. Some color options may not be available if they do not meet the color contrast requirements. Unavailable options are indicated by the info icon, which you can click to learn more.
