Settings

You can share the company directory and the org chart with all employees or users in specific access levels. Click Company Directoryin Settings.

Org chart

Once you select On under "Company Org Chart," you can determine who can access the org chart. The default access setting is "Everyone," but you can filter it to specific access levels by clicking through the list.

Once you select On for "Company Directory," you can determine who can access the company directory. The default access setting is "Everyone," but you can filter it to specific access levels by clicking through the list.

Select what employee information you would like to show in the company directory. All employees with access to the directory can view this information regardless of their access level settings. The following information is available to enable:

  • Department
  • Facebook URL*
  • Location
  • Pinterest URL*
  • Work Email
  • Direct Reports
  • Instagram URL*
  • Manager
  • Teams
  • Work Ext.
  • Division
  • LinkedIn URL
  • Mobile Phone
  • Twitter Feed
  • Work Phone

When you complete your selection, you can preview as the Panda below to see how your employees will appear in the directory. Click View in org chart to navigate directly to the org chart from this page.

*You can add additional social media fields to your account through the Edit Fields link on the Personal tab of any employee profile. Once you add these fields, you will also be able to add them to the Company Directory section in Settings.

To have the selected fields appear in the org chart, you need to enable the company directory. If the company directory is not enabled, viewing options for the org chart will be limited.
