Additions and Terminations Report

The Additions and Terminations report provides insights into employee hiring and termination over a specified date range. Accessible through the Reports tab under Standard Reports, users can filter data to view employees hired or terminated during that time. The report includes a growth rate graph, indicating monthly changes. The Additions section lists newly hired employees based on their Hire Date, while the Terminations section details employees marked as terminated. It is important to ensure consistency among the Hire Date and Employment Status fields for accurate reporting. Users with the Elite package can utilize a benchmarking feature for comparative analysis. Notably, inactive employees not marked as terminated in BambooHR will not appear in the Terminations table.
