How do I report on the age demographic of my employees?

Purpose: To help you understand the contents of the Age Profile report and how it breaks down all of the company's employees by age.

Age Profile

The Age Profile report shows you the employee's current age when you run the report. For example, if an employee is turning 29 tomorrow and you will run the report today, the employee will show as 28. If you run the report tomorrow, the employee will show as 29.

  1. Breakdown By Age: Abar chart shows how many employees you have in each age group.
  2. Filters: You have the option to filter the report by the standard filters in BambooHR. You can create multiple filters for all categories.
  3. Table:The table gives you a listing of all employees based on the filters you have selected. If someone is missing a field in one of the selected filters, it will eliminate them from the listing for that filter.
