The Birthdays report provides a comprehensive list of employee birthdays, organized by month for the upcoming year. Located in the Standard Reports folder on the Reports tab, the report begins with the current month and includes the age each employee will turn on their birthday. It is important to note that employees without a populated Birth Date field or lacking information in their Employment Status table will not appear in the report. This feature is available in the Core, Pro, and Elite packages, enhancing accessibility to employee birthday information for better engagement and planning.
