To access the Assessment Progress report, navigate to the Reports tab, click Standard Reports, and then select Assessment Progress from the Performance and Culture section.
The Assessment Progress report provides an overview of assessments that are complete, in progress, and not yet started. Additionally, the report will indicate who does not have access to BambooHR. Data shown in the report is based on both the self assessment and the manager assessment.

Date picker: By default, the report shows assessment data from the last six months. If you click on the dropdown menu, you can choose another date range, and the report will display data from assessments completed within the selected date range. The Custom Date Range option will allow you to pull data from specified dates.

Filter: You have the option to filter the report by Department, Division, Employment Status, Job Title, Location, Manager, Teams, or Review Cycle. If you need to add more than one filter, click on the green plus icon. After selecting the filters, click Apply to run the report.

Progress tracker: This section shows a percentage for each assessment status, separated into two groups: Employees and Managers. The denominator is the total number of assessed employees.

Complete: An employee will have the Completed status once they complete their self assessment and the manager completes the manager assessment portion.

In Progress: This status will display for the employee and/or the manager who has started an assessment but has not submitted it yet.

Not Started: If an employee or a manager has not started their assessment, the Not Started percentage will include them.

Assessed: The Assessed column shows the date range of the assessment period.

Assessment status: The Self and Manager columns will state the assessment status (Not Started, In Progress, or Completed), reflecting the progress tracker at the top of the report. For easier viewing, you can click on either column header (Self or Manager) to change the order of its data.
- Please note that a manager could still submit a manager assessment for an employee while the employee does not have to submit a self assessment.

Follow-up notes: This column indicates that a manager added a note regarding a follow-up conversation with an employee. This information helps you know which of your managers follow up with employees when the review period is over. Click on the dots to see the complete follow-up note (see example below).

Share: A user with access can share the report with any of their colleagues. Keep in mind the access level settings of the user you are sharing the report with.

Export: You can export this report as an Excel or CSV file if you need to see the specific date an employee or a manager completed the assessment.
