Purpose: The interactive links below allow individuals with expanded access (i.e., managers, administrators, etc.) to go through a real-time guide that teaches them how to engage with and utilize each feature in BambooHR.

Our interactive guides show you different aspects of your BambooHR experience. To get started, select a link from the list below and modify it to include your subdomain information. Your subdomain is the first part of your login URL. For example, if your login URL is companyabc.bamboohr.com, the subdomain you will use for the "REPLACEME" section of each link below would be companyabc.

Follow these steps, and you are all set!

  1. Log in to your BambooHR account.
  2. Copy and paste the original link into your browser.
  3. Change "REPLACEME" to your company's subdomain.
  4. Press the Enter key to activate the interactive guide.

Search for interactive guides in Step-by-Step Guides
Reports

When logged in to BambooHR, you can use the help icon in the top right corner to find interactive guides and help guides about specific features within the Step-by-Step Guides module.

Click on the icon, click Step-by-Step Guides, and search for the feature you want to learn more about. In the example above, I searched access, and the results showed interactive guides related to access levels. The list of guides will also populate based on what is relevant to the page that you are on. Once you click on an interactive guide, the system will direct you through each step of the process. Scroll through the list to find any help guides related to your search.
