The Employee List View
This guide outlines how to customize and filter the employee list view in BambooHR. Users can access the employee list based on their permissions, with Account Owners and Full Admins having full customization capabilities. To customize the view, navigate to the People tab, select List, and use the three-dot icon to choose fields to display. Filters can be applied to refine the list, with options to save custom filters for future use. Users can manage filters through a dropdown menu, allowing for the hiding or renaming of filters. Default filters include categories such as Contractors and New Employees, which cannot be edited but can be used to create custom filters. This process enhances the visibility of important employee details.
