Purpose: BambooHR Hiring helps in-house recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals find, evaluate, and hire the right talent as quickly as possible. This guide will guide you through the available features when you log in to BambooHR Hiring.

Have you downloaded the BambooHR Hiring app yet?
  1. Search for BambooHR in the App Store. Once you locate the app in the search results, tap on the download option. Once the app is installed, tap Open.
  2. Enter the full email address that you use when logging in to BambooHR. Then tap Continue.
    1. If you'd rather log in with your domain, tap Log in with that instead. If your email address is associated with two or more BambooHR accounts, then you will be required to enter your domain after you input your email address.
  3. Once you've entered your email address, you will be required to enter your password to log in. Then tap Continue.

Home

When you first log in to BambooHR Hiring, you will arrive at the home screen. On Home, you have an option to view the list of job openings or all candidates. If you are looking for a specific opening or candidate, use the search bar.

Settings

Tap the gears icon in the top left corner of the app to go to Settings.

  1. Use Face ID to Unlock or Log In
  2. Rate BambooHR Hiring: Rate the app on the App Store. Do you love the app? We would love to hear what you think!
  3. Send Feedback: If you have suggestions or ideas for improvement, click here to fill out a form that goes to our product team.
  4. Contact Support: Submit a support request.
  5. Log Out: Logging out of this app will also log you out of BambooHR's mobile app.
