How do I enable the PerformYard integration?

If you do not see an option to enable the BambooHR integration in PerformYard, please contact your PerformYard customer success manager.

PerformYard

Log in to your PerformYard account. Navigate Administration and click HRIS Integrations on the left side of the screen.

Enter your BambooHR subdomain* and click Connect.

*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL, so if your URL is https://efficientoffice.bamboohr.com, your subdomain would be efficientoffice.

Log in to BambooHR

This will automatically take you to your BambooHR login URL, where you will enter your login credentials.

If you have already logged in to BambooHR, you will skip this step.

Connect fields

Check the box next to each field you would like to have synced from BambooHR.

Import employees

Now, you will need to go through and review the employees imported into your PerformYard account. If you want to remove an employee from the import, click on the X.

PerformYard will automatically match employees with identical email addresses. Employees will appear in the Selected column, but you can easily remove an employee if needed.

After adding all of your employees to PerformYard, all new employees will appear in the list when you click to view your HRIS integration with BambooHR.
