How do I enable the Jobma integration?

Step 1: Link your BambooHR and Jobma accounts

Enter your BambooHR subdomain* and click Submit.

*The subdomain is the first part of your BambooHR URL, so if your account URL is https://helpcontent.bamboohr.com, your subdomain would be helpcontent.

If you have not logged in to BambooHR, a new window will automatically open with your BambooHR URL. Enter your login credentials. If you have already logged in, it will automatically link your access.

Step 2: Set up custom interview statuses

The next step is to add custom candidate statuses in BambooHR (see below). To do this, log in to BambooHR. Click Hiring in Settings and select Candidate Statuses. Add the following three statuses:

Jobma Interview Initiate
Jobma Interview Pending
Jobma Interview Completed

After you have added these three new candidate statuses, click Refresh.

After you have refreshed the sync, you will see a success message letting you know the successful update of the statuses.

Step 3: Set up user notifications

Enter the email address(es) of who you would like to receive notifications when a video interview is completed and imported into BambooHR.

How do I initiate a Jobma video interview in BambooHR?

Go to a candidate profile in BambooHR and change their status to Jobma Interview Initiate.
