Pay Info Tab Missing Data Report

The Pay Info Tab Missing Data Report in BambooHR Payroll is designed to assist users in identifying missing employee data necessary for payroll processing. This report is accessible to Full Admin and Payroll Admin users, who can also share it with custom access level users. To generate the report, navigate to the Standard Reports folder under the Reports tab and select the Pay Info Tab Missing Data option. The report highlights employees lacking information in Direct Deposit, Federal Withholding, or State Withholding & Unemployment Insurance. Users can click on an employee's name to correct any missing data. The report updates automatically, and if no employees have missing data, a blank report will be displayed.
