Employee Satisfaction in the Mobile App

This guide explains how to complete the eNPS survey using the mobile app. Users can provide feedback during active Employee Satisfaction survey periods by tapping "Give Feedback." The survey consists of two questions: one about recommending the company as a workplace and another regarding suggestions for improvement or positive aspects. After selecting a score on a scale, users can enter their responses in a text box and then tap "Save & Finish." A notification confirming survey submission will appear on the home screen. Users can also access information on data anonymity by selecting "Learn More." This process allows employees to enhance their workplace experience with minimal effort.

Can I complete the eNPS survey in the mobile app?

Purpose: This guide shows you how to complete the eNPS survey effortlessly. Empower yourself to provide valuable feedback and enhance your workplace experience with just a few taps.

Home

If your company is in an active Employee Satisfaction survey period, an option to give feedback will appear. Tap Give Feedback to answer two questions anonymously.

After tapping Give Feedback, you will see a question: "How likely are you to recommend [company name] as a place to work?" Tap on the number scale and slide the number to make your selection. Your selected score will then display. Tap Next to see the final question depending on the score you selected, "What changes could [company name] make to be a better place to work?" or "What makes this place so great?" Use the text box to enter your response. Then, tap Save & Finish.

After you complete the survey, a 'Survey Submitted!' notification will appear on Home.
