What vendors are available for Payroll?

Purpose: To provide a quick reference for recommendations on vendors we have worked with who can assist you with various payroll functions.

Available vendors

BambooHR® Payroll works with a variety of third-party vendors. Below is a list of vendors we commonly work with for workers' compensation, 401K, HSA/FSA, general ledger, and pay cards. When contacting them, please let them know BambooHR referred you. If you need more information, contact expansion@bamboohr.com.

BambooHR Payroll can build custom pay cycle reports for general ledger (GL), 401k, workers' compensation, HSA, and FSA data at an additional cost. Similarly, BambooHR Payroll also offers the creation of custom file feeds for 401k, workers' compensation, HSA, and FSA vendors. Click here for more information!

Vendors listed in this help guide are companies for which we have completed file feeds/reports. They do not have a partner integration with BambooHR. The only exception to this is Human Interest, a vendor who also has an existing partner integration with BambooHR and is listed in BambooHR® Marketplace.

BambooHR can also create custom file feeds that send contribution data directly to any 401k vendor that accepts electronic file feeds, such as the vendors listed below. These file feeds support a 180 integration only, which means BambooHR can send contribution data to the vendor but cannot receive data changes back from the vendor.

Pay cards

A pay card is a prepaid card on which an employer loads an employee's wages or salary each payday. We do not provide this service nor partner with any pay card vendor. However, you are welcome to contact any vendors that offer them, like Rapid, Wise, or Chase. Please be considerate of your state laws with regards to requiring employees to be paperless.

If an employee does not have a direct deposit, you will need to provide a physical check.

Printing checks

Although we do not print checks as part of our payroll services, our customers often work with CTP Solutions to help complete their payroll needs. In the event that you need to print a check for an employee, reach out to CTP Solutions at 888-624-5786.
