You must send this survey out to all employees at this time. However, the company can choose to exclude contractors based on legal limitations of asking contractors this type of question. They can choose to send or not send to contractors on the Employee Satisfaction setup page in settings.

Yes, when you share this report, you will have the option to filter the information that people will see in the report. If you are viewing the full report when you choose to share it, you will see the message above: "People you share this report with will see all eNPS data." You can limit what people can see by adding filters before sharing.

No. Employee Satisfaction is designed to give you insights into your overall company health. Additionally, being able to send to only specific departments would compromise the anonymity of the respondents.

Yes. However, only through embedded employee IDs. You will not be able to see who hasn’t completed it. The system needs to track those to send reminder emails about completing it.Note that once the survey has been completed, or the survey window closes, the randomized ID is fully deleted, removing any ability even for BambooHR’s developers to tie individuals to specific responses.We will not provide any data regarding who has or has not completed the survey during its open period to customers.

We very carefully considered this concern, and after discussion with our legal counsel, we decided to make the survey truly anonymous. This means that even for our developers, there is no way to determine which individual gave a specific reply. If a very rare, serious situation like this were to occur, we recommend that the company take appropriate action in line with its existing internal policies. Filtering in the feature (i.e., by Department) may be able to help companies narrow down possible individuals to speak with.

No. Admins will be able to see the percentage completed, but will not be notified if someone completes it.

No. You may consider sending an email to your company outside of the bounds of BambooHR if appropriate for your organization. For example, you may say, “Team, we have a 45% response rate on our survey. We really value your feedback and need your help to identify ways to improve your experience as employees.” That said, the system will automatically send out reminders on this schedule. Additionally, you can send out an Announcement to remind your employees.

An email notification titled "Employee Satisfaction (eNPS) Schedule Error" will be sent out if the survey date is missed. This email is only sent to admin users, and the survey is automatically rescheduled for them. This happens very infrequently, and the email notification explains exactly what they need to do, if anything.

Verify they have the correct email setup in BambooHR, and then check if there is a Hire Date set on the employee's Job tab. If they don't have an active hire date, an email would not have been sent since the system cannot verify that they are a current employee.
