There are a few common reasons why dashboard data may not appear:

• Access level settings: Data will only populate if the user has permission to view the related topic, as determined in access level settings. Make sure the user's access level includes the appropriate dashboard permissions.
• Package access: Dashboard data is limited to the topics included in your BambooHR package. If your account does not include access to certain topics, or if your package was recently downgraded, those dashboard sections may appear blank.
