This guide is for employees who:

• Have access to Recognition and Rewards.
• Have earned points available to redeem.
• Are included in the Recognition and Rewards program.

Before redeeming points:

• Rewards must be enabled by your administrator.
• You must have earned points available.
• Your organization must have sufficient funds in its Tremendous account.
• You must not be excluded from the Recognition and Rewards program.

Recognition points can be earned when employees award points through recognition posts.

Important:

• Points available to give expire at the end of each month.
• Earned points do not expire while you remain active in BambooHR.
• If you are removed from BambooHR, any unused earned points are forfeited.
• Employees cannot redeem over $10,000 a day.

You can access Rewards by:

• Clicking Redeem Points from the Recognition Feed.
• Clicking Redeem from the Recognition homepage widget.

Browse Available Rewards

The Rewards page displays a catalog of available rewards.

Available categories include:

• Charity Donations
• Beauty and Health
• Digital Financial Services
• Electronics
• Entertainment
• Fashion
• Food and Drink
• General Merchandise
• Grocery and Supermarkets
• Home and Living
• Mobility and Fuel
• Sports and Outdoor Gear
• Travel and Hospitality
• Visa Card

The default country is determined by:

• Your home address.
• Your company address if no home address exists.

Understanding Reward Values

The My Points widget displays:

• Your available point balance
• The monetary value of your points

The displayed currency matches the selected country. Gift cards that exceed your available balance remain visible but cannot be selected.

Select A Reward

1. Navigate to the Rewards page.
2. Browse, search, or filter available rewards.
3. Click Select Gift Card to select your reward

Confirm Redemption

1. Review the redemption details.
2. Confirm the redemption.

After confirmation:

• Points are immediately deducted from your balance.
• A confirmation message appears.
• Tremendous processes the reward delivery.

After redemption:

1. Tremendous sends an email containing your reward.
2. Open the email.
3. Click Redeem and follow the instructions to access your reward.

Gift card delivery is managed by Tremendous.

You can review previous redemptions.

1. Navigate to the Rewards page.
2. Click View Order History.

Order History displays your previous reward transactions.

• Employees cannot redeem more than $10,000 USD in rewards per day.
• Rewards are fulfilled by Tremendous.
• Rewards require a funded Tremendous account.
• Rewards availability may vary by country.
• Point balances update immediately after redemption.
