Save time, increase productivity, and eliminate hassles when administering employee performance reviews.

How do I enable the Performance Pro integration?

Before getting started, you will need to create an API key in BambooHR. When creating your API key, you need to send the information to your Performance Pro representative to have the integration capability enabled in your Performance Pro account.

Once you receive confirmation from your Performance Pro representative, you will need to log in to your Performance Pro account to activate the integration.

After logging in to your Performance Pro account, take the following steps:

  1. Click System Setup (the option in the left-hand menu) and then click Company Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Appraisal Settings tab.
  3. Click on the HRIS Integration checkbox that now appears at the bottom of the right-hand column.
  4. Save your changes by clicking Save at the top of your screen.

Information updates will automatically occur based on the data within BambooHR every 15 minutes.
