The report will include all employees matching the filter criteria, regardless of whether they have experienced a pay change. It exclusively displays the most recent pay change, omitting the complete compensation history. Data is sourced directly from the Compensation table within the Job tab. This resource aids in efficient payroll management and employee compensation tracking.
