Time Off Schedule Report
The Time Off Schedule report provides an overview of time off requests for all employees. It can be accessed through Reports > Standard Reports > Time Off > Time Off Schedule. Users can view the report by week, two weeks, or month, and can filter requests by status. The report includes color-coded time off categories, with gray indicating requests that are pending approval. Additional details such as date range, status, and notes are available at the bottom of the report. Access to this report varies by user role: Account Owners and Full Admin users have full access, while Custom and Manager access level users can view it if enabled in their settings. Exporting the report includes employee numbers.
