This feature is included in the Core, Pro, and Elite packages.

Standard reports in BambooHR help you to be more strategic with your employee information. Each of these reports includes insight into the employees at your organization and will help you gather the information you need at the moment.

Account Owners and Full Admin users have automatic access to all standard reports. As an administrator, you can share these reports with users who have the required access to the fields included in the report so they have access to the data they need.

To find standard reports, click Reports from the left navigation menu. This will bring up a list of all available standard reports categorized by the features you are using in your company's BambooHR account. Each feature has its own category on the Reports tab as follows:

To run a standard report, click on the report name. The system will then generate relevant data based on the information stored in your company's BambooHR account.

The following standard reports are listed by feature (listed as a category), along with a corresponding help guide link with more details for each report.

Standard reports are not customizable in BambooHR, meaning you are not able to add or remove information to the report. If you need to report on additional information, you can create a custom report.

Benchmarking Reports: The Benchmarks tab in your Reports section brings all HR benchmarking reports together in one place, making it easier to view how your company compares to others using BambooHR.

  • If you are using the Elite package, you can explore the standard reports that offer benchmarking insights, such as Employee Turnover, Years of Service, etc.
  • If you are using the Core or Pro package, this tab will show how benchmarks can guide your strategy, along with the option to learn more about our benchmarking feature or upgrade your package to unlock all available benchmarking reports. (You can get a preview of benchmarks in the Employee Turnover report.)
