For more information on how codes are generated by the API connection, please review the following details.

  • When setting up benefit plans, the API will generate a code as part of the integration process. Ease will need the code to map deductions on their side of the integration.
  • A code is automatically generated only when a benefit plan has been both created and is active. BambooHR does not provide codes since the codes are already coded in the API.
  • Our Customer Support team can provide assistance with creating benefit plans if there are no active benefit plans to integrate with Ease.
