This guide provides instructions for changing the W-2 delivery status in BambooHR. Users can opt for electronic tax documents by logging into BambooHR, navigating to the Taxes section under the employee's Pay Info tab, and selecting the option to go paperless. If the electronic option is disabled, tax documents will be mailed to the employee's home address. Employees can access their W-2 or 1099 electronically after January 31 each year.
