Purpose: BambooHR Hiring gives you access to quickly review and manage your candidates to make the hiring process faster. This guide will show you what candidate information is available in the app.

When viewing a candidate, you will first see the Info tab. The following information will show on a candidate's profile:

1. Application date: Shows the date and time since the candidate applied.
2. Rating: Change the candidate's rating by tapping the stars. An option to add a comment regarding your rating will appear at the bottom of the screen.
3. Quick contact: Call, text, or email the candidate with the touch of a button on their profile.
4. Status: Shows the current status of the candidate, and who most recently changed it. Tap the status to change it. Once updated, a prompt for commenting will show up at the bottom of the screen.
5. Resume and cover letter: Tap this option to go to a new screen to view both documents if provided. Pinch to zoom in as you do not strain your eyes. Note: + Cover Letter will only show if the candidate included a cover letter in addition to their resume.
6. Application questions: Shows custom application questions with a count of how many questions the candidate answered if included in the opening. Tap to review the candidate's answers.
7. Basic information: When creating a job opening, you determine what application questions you would like the candidate to provide from a setlist of options. This information starts showing here and includes all selected fields.
