How to manage candidates profiles on BambooHR Hiring mobile app?

Purpose: BambooHR Hiring gives you access to quickly review and manage your candidates to make the hiring process faster. This guide will show you how easy it is to comment and collaborate with others about your candidates.

The Notes tab

Tapping the Notes tab will give you an option to see all comments made about the specific candidate and their history. Tap Reply to reply to a comment. Tap Add Comment at the bottom of the screen to add a comment of your own. Note that these comments will not be visible to the candidate.

The candidate history timeline gives you important insight into events that occur when a candidate progresses through your hiring process. Insights include updates on their status or rating, associated comments, offers, and other movements. These insights give you a full picture of the candidate and their experience with the hiring process.

When you review notes about a candidate and tap on an email address or phone number, it will automatically launch your default email application or places an outbound call, making communication with the candidate easier.
