All standard reports are available to the Account Owner and Full Admin users by default.

Reports

Account Owners and Full Admin users can share standard reports with custom access level users. They can access the shared reports from the My Reports folder, as the screenshot above shows a list of reports that the Account Owner has shared with the specific manager.

Please note that some of the reports shown apply to specific packages or are add-ons in the software. Please use the links below for more details.

What are the required fields to access each standard report?

Depending on the report that you want to share, custom access level users must have access to the required fields that pertain to that specific report as indicated below for the standard report to be visible.

For example, granting a custom access level user access to the First name, Last name, Hire date, and Status field would only make them eligible to have the Years of Service report shared with them. If you want to share the Birthdays report, the Birth Date field will also need to be accessible to the custom access level user.

Please note that while First Name and Last Name may not always be required fields, it is recommended to grant access to these fields for optimal viewing and sorting in reports.
